Coordinated by APRC, the official kick-off meeting gathered all six partners in Alytus, Lithuania on 18-19 November 2025 to align expectations for the 24-month collaboration.
Work package leads presented detailed roadmaps covering curriculum co-design, pilot testing, and exploitation pathways to keep the consortium synchronized.
Participants also reviewed dissemination targets and risk mitigation steps so that communication, quality assurance, and evaluation start on solid ground.
At the end of the meeting, partners got acquinted with the hosting institute's facilities.
The aims of the meeting were:
- Deep understanding the project aims, objectives, work plan, outcomes
- Significant progress in WP2 activities
